Won a free months pass from the Sutton Primary School Fair
2. What made you start training with Galvanized Fitness?
I had just started getting into exercise after years of inactivity. I'd completed an 8 week online program at home and thought this might be the next step.
3. How long have you been a member?
Two years now
4. What is your favourite boot camp exercise?
I really like the boxing sessions
5. Least favourite?
It's a toss up between burpees and running I dislike them equally
6. What advice would you recommend to any one else out there about fitness and a healthy life style?
Just give things a go, I had never even entertained the idea of doing bootcamp before, it sounded too scary. It's has become my favourite way to exercise and something I've stuck to the longest out of everything I've tried over the years.
7. Would you recommend people to join GF, and why?
Absolutely! I love coming to bootcamp. Felicity is so supportive, knows her stuff and keeps it interesting changing up the sessions all the time. It's also a great group of people who have a good time together working out - and chatting too much sometimes 🙂 and the Bakery after a Saturday session is an added bonus!
